Vicky brings over 15 years of experience in customer service within the manufacturing sector, having progressed from Customer Services Advisor to Sales and Customer Services Team Manager. In her new role, Vicky will lead our internal customer services team, managing day-to-day enquiries, overseeing order processing for both new and existing customers, and ensuring every order is delivered on time and to specification.
